David’s practice is focused on education and labor law.  As the Deputy Commissioner / General Counsel at the Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE), David was responsible for all elements of internal agency operations including legal compliance, civil rights, budget development and management, procurement and grants processes and labor relations.  Prior to RIDE, David was a highly respected federal and state court trial attorney.
