We regularly handle matters pending at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Labor, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, various state departments of labor, and numerous state administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights.
