Government Relations

Owen Lynch joins the Firm as an associate in its transactional practice. Prior to joining Whelan Corrente, Owen focused on all facets of corporate law representation including business formation, governance, and employment and incentive equity arrangements. Owen brings experience in navigating complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, debt financing and equity investments, and an array of commercial negotiations.

Since joining the Firm, Owen has expanded his practice into government relations, providing clients services ranging from strategic advice to written advocacy and oral testimony on public relations, legislative monitoring and interpretation, issue identification, networking, and securing federal and state appropriations and government contracts.

He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Boston College Law School. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
